A full bodied, luscious wine licorice and blackberry nose with a light acidity and a palate of stewed plums and cedar. Spectacular.

8/10 brings out pepper flavour in the savoury food especially mushrooms. Would pair well with strong flavours. Oak is there but not overpowering.
