Great for a white wine ;) a fun blend from a great winery in BC, picked up on a tour of the winery, September long weekend. Highly recommend their tasting!

A Sauv Blanc / Semillon blend with some oomph. A white Bordeaux or Meritage blend depending on what you prefer, this wine doesnt have the tropicality it touts, I get more stone fruit. It is elegant and has good structure. The finish is long and very enjoyable.
Paired perfectly with a salad niçoise. - Wineshout.com

Feb 6th, 2017Very nice. Got it on a tour of the winery last year. Little bit of acid, and I get hints of mushroom and citrus. Great wine for your non wine friends too.

A great example of a Bordeaux style white being done properly by another area of the world. Very crisp, a good line of acidity, and great apple and pear flavours throughout. This is a bright wine in nature, but the semillon helps to being a more rounded flavour to it. Very well done.

Had at Five Sails in Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver. Best Sauvignon Blanc so far. Better than Honig.
