Oh Classique! Or classic. Whichever you please and I drink from the bottle in the pic for effect. In reality I’m decanting the hell out of this. The mineralogy screammmmmms otherwise. Which is not bad I’m into the rocks and gas but I’m more into them when they integrate into Meyer lemons. Vanilla beans (hello PERFECT judicious use of oak) and a whiff of very raw white peach. I almost thought it to be flawed then I gave it air and saw the beauty of the earth on this. It is a strong and strident Chard. Shall I metaphor? Okay. This is the person you meet who you think has a chip on their shoulder then you get to know them and realize that they are simply strong and have perhaps a fucked past they won’t speak of but said past has made them beautiful. And they may get better with age.
