Lemon curd, brioche, grilled peaches on the nose. Light mouthfeel, with larger creamer bubbles leads into more peaches, toasted almonds and Christmas spice.

My first go with the sea-aged Abissi. Outside of the novelty of the bottle and the story, the wine is still very well made and impressive for the category. Citrus bound and mineral-driven, the wine is a great balance between approachable fruit and acid. Really neat.
