This wine is clear pale-lemon green in colour
On the nose it is clean with pronounced intensity with citrus fruit, green apple, peach, orange blossom & honeysuckle.
The palate is dry with high acid, low alcohol and a medium body and medium (+) intensiveness. Again flavours similar to the aromas on the nose present. The mosses is smooth and cream and It has a long and complex finish with many layers.
This is an outstanding wine.

Bright, crisp nose of green apple and a hint of citrus. Juicy and crisp on palate. Flavors of crisp green apple with notes of minerality and lots of bright acidity. Light, but persistent bubbles linger on the long, dry, crisp finish.
