One note. Rather cold

Orange blossom and lemon, slate mineral green apple. Very nice with a cheese charcuterie board.

Nose of red apple, lemon, flint, apricot, white pepper, grapefruit of pronounced intensity. Hints of biscuit and bread from lees ageing.

At a developing stage.

Dry with medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and body. Favours of endive and fennel. A faint prickle of CO2. Long finish.

Very good quality.

Drink it now, not suitable for further ageing.

Clean, crisp, nice acidity.
