This South Australian Shiraz is a deep scarlet red colour on the eye. Aromas of red licorice, pomegranate tea and cherries lift from the glass. The palate goes down awfully well with a game of Cards Against Humanity and displays flavours of cacao, red fruit berries and enticing vanilla.
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Don't forget, wine is subjective #TCWeekdayWine

Apr 6th, 2016Double decanting was the trick. Slight oak sweetness and a hint of cigar box on the nose gives way to spicy dark fruit, sour cherry and soft grippy tannins.
