Weird natural wine, extended skin contact, effervescent - where do I start? Sort of an oxidized copper color, aromas all over the place: pepper, tart citrus, florals, plastic & nylon - kinda funky - fairly austere on palate, can’t even name a proper food pairing

Peachy color and effervescent mouthfeel. Not too sweet, not too dry. Notes of unripe stone fruit, pear, and honeysuckle.
