A pretty yeasty nose with cherry, then bread. Delicate and medium. Good acidity and lovely structure.

Amplifying the fruits, acicdity and the FRESHNESS of the regular Billecarrt Rose yet did not lost the elegant and fineness of what a Billecart Rose suppose to be...
Love the 1996 vintage and hopefully this will develop gracefully with time in the bottle.

A nice contrast to the Taittinger. This is also about structure but this one is giving you a much greater insight into what it has to offer. Consistent notes similar to the last bottle I posted a few weeks back.

A kaleidoscope of aromas and flavor. On the nose cherries and raspberries. A big boom as it enters the mouth and floods the senses . Lots of red burgundy flavors with excellent acidity. Travels through ones mouth like a wave on the North Shore of Hawaii.

Lovely with lobster bisque. Can stand more time so looking forward to tasting again in a couple years.

Extremely developed, I really don't thing Rosé is ever meant to be aged for too long, indicative of the roundness of the vintage.
