The NV Brut Blancs de Blancs is a very pretty, classy wine. Citrus, white flowers, slate, crushed rocks and white pepper abound. This vibrant, steely NV Blanc de Blancs is quite impressive, and also demonstrative of the new style at Billecart-Salmon. This release is based on 2017, with 23% reserve wines from 2016. Wow, this bad boy could can age for another 5-7 years--or even 10+ depending on how you like to drink your bubbles. But for me, this was pure pleasure, and was deliciousness! Loving it! Get some if you can! Found 1 bottle in a cellar of a wine shop...cool beans!
