Overwhelming nose and pallet of rose water and spices, which delightfully surprises, yet whose flavors are somewhat unidimensional, deducting from the overall experience. Wished for more complexity, but hey, it's rose, it's summer, and it's hot, so why should I complain? Definitely not Provence, but worth a whirl.
