Big Table Farm
Yamhill-Carlton Chardonnay
Dark gold in color.
Elegant nose of citrus fruits, apples, indian spices and light wood.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with yellow apples, pears, light limes, earth, minerals, spices, almonds, herbs and white pepper.
Long finish with limes and almonds.
This is a very tasty Chardonnay from Oregon. Showing nice complexity and a soft mouth feel. Spicy and tangy.
This 7 year old Chardonnay is drinking very nicely right out of the bottle, and even better after an hour of airtime. Better when not too cold.
Feels like a White Burgundy, and I really enjoyed the nose once it opened up.
I had this vintage 4 years ago and decided to revisit it after a few years. I'm really glad I did, as it's drinking much better now.
A very small production of only 1,000 bottles. Unfined and unfiltered.
13.1% alcohol by volume.
91 Points.

Happy National White Wine Day!
This is a nice and easy drinking Chardonnay from Oregon. Showing nice complexity, crisp and refreshing, with some oak notes.
Medium-bodied with medium-plus acidity and better when not too cold.
Dry on the palate with citrus, limes, oak, peaches, vanilla, spices, pears, red apples, minerals, white pepper and sea salt.
Nicely balanced with a tangy, long finish.
I had this vintage almost 2 years ago, and it is drinking much better now. Showing more complexity, especially on the palate.
A good wine to pair with food, but also good by itself as a sipping wine. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
13.1% alcohol by volume..
89 points.

2018 vintage is an easy drinking wine on a hot summer’s day. Straw color, a hint of malolactic fermentation l , and barely acidic . Enjoyable but not great.
