Such an insane luminous yellow color! Lots of vanillin and oak on the nose. Buttercream and baking spices, baked apple on the palate. More acidity than expected!

Bigger, richer, more oak than the 12.5 would suggest or expect from Oregon. I would mistake it for Ca😒
