Pinot Noir
Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Ruby in color with light intensity and a wide reddish/ cloudy rim.

Light nose of strawberries, raspberries, sweet cherries, light oak and spices.

Medium in body and soft with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with bing cherries, raspberries, strawberries, light wood, herbs, light vegetables, spices and coffee.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries.

This young Pinot Noir from Oregon is starting to drink nicely, but needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.

This Single Vineyard is easy drinking, nicely balanced and elegant.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime.

Not overly complex at this point, but would be nice to revisit it in 3 years and see how it evolves.

Good by itself or with food. I gave it a light chill and had it with hard cheeses.

A small production of only 269 cases. Unfined and unfiltered.

12.9% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

$72.

Really nice. Great depth to the cherry and ripe raspberry and blueberry fruits. Some spice. While deep and ripe, it is still balanced and refreshing with a certain lightness on its feet.

Big at first. Left alone and then sour cherry, rhubarb, horse. Grippy after time. Makes you want to drink more, which is probably the only endorsement any winery ever wants.

Completely different than the cattral. The pelos Sandburg shows much more ripe fruit. (Ripe raspberries, red cherries and wild strawberries.) Ripe medium plus intensity with bright acidity and a medium + silky body and soft and round tannins showcasing red fruits married to earthy notes.
