A crisp bright nose with notes of lemon pith and a touch of pineapple underlined with notions of dry stone. The palate is light, bright and crisp with bright, zesty acidity. The palate is very dry with notes of citrus followed by waxy notes of touches of stone and acidity. The finish is lingering with softening acidity and touches of lemon. A wonderful picnic wine!

Not as tropical fruity or kiwi like as South African or New Zealand Sav Blancs but more like n the light citrus fruit side. Absolutely delicious. No harsh note and no lingering after that notes.
