I like the variety that Red Heifer offers. The dry side is so smooth and we really enjoyed Red Heifer Red and Cabernet Savignon was very smooth, call it the altutude, maybe the soil...the white blend not too sweet and is a great summertime wine on a very hot day. The views are well worth the drive...even though we came at the edge of dusk. — 7 years ago

I didnt expect to find such a nice flavorful malbec in Texas. South America is known for malbec's rough but smooth bouquet. This was a nice American treat! — 7 years ago
A little bit of tanin heavier, thicker wine with very little fruity tasting but smooth with a little bit if bite on the ens of your tongue. — 7 years ago
