Gorgeous red-violet color, gravel and old vine on the nose, red fruit and plum on the palette, med+ acidity with a clean short finish. Very tasty, drinks great now and should age well.
90+ yr old vines from Historical Wirz Vineyard.

Dry tannic frozen strawberry, Raspberry, tannic Cranberry, lime rock ... boysenberry (red-violet)... no decant, bottle.
Other wine versions worth exploring as a winemaker; PetNat, Dry Sparkling rosé (possibly red, Thanksgiving) and a deep Rosé (Isabell Mondavi Rosé, Broc KouKou, deep, clarified red)...
Love this vineyards Carignan, every bottle is another journey (fruit & wine, not bottle variation, energy)... good juju, love it and gain more insight with every bottle (high energy red).
Synth/processed cork... semi-ok, think I might be more comfortable with Stelvin and upright, minimal synth contact (glass, neutral;hope, blind on aging potentials), completely understand packaging design high-brow consume-facing brand impression cork quandry (viva la Stelvin, though).
Thank you,
RB
