One of the most offbeat wines I have had- bright red fruit and high acid- I could picture eating street tacos with this. Super cool wine.

Large berries and acid flavor. Strong brett characteristic of Bichi. If you like it, you like it, but might not be for everyone. Real kombucha wine vibes.

Was really excited to finally get some Bichi reds into the shop. Took a bottle home and was a little disappointed. Gorgeous nose of ripe red fruit and floral. On the palate: extreme VA, Brett and a confusing taste. Ripe red fruit still there but also some savory notes of tortilla and chile. Without the VA, I may have been able to finish a glass. For me , the VA was overpowering and made it barely drinkable.
