My wine of the tasting. WOW! I’m a Howell Mtn junkie and this satisfies my craving. Geez. Cocoa dusted fruits, pipe tobacco, big blue and black fruits, charcoal and dark chocolate. So good!

Followed over two nights. My wife loved it, but I did not. I believe this has to do more with my palate shift to less overt in your face wines and the wines youth. It just felt muddled to me like the oak was masking the fruit. Maybe it just needs more time for everything to settle in its rightful place.
