Decanted for 90 minutes. A beautiful dark ruby color with purple and red fruits on the nose. On the palate I find a little more of the red fruits but also some nice spice flavors. Enough structure and tannins to pair with food but could easily drink on its own. Nice medium finish that really just makes you want more. Solid 94 now but really could see this going higher. Exactly what I expect from Bevan Cellars.
