Visually opaque in the bottle and glass. Still showing well on day 2.
Lemon sherbet nose. Palate is lifted and displays complexity. Exotic fruits are supported by just the right amount of acidity. Mid palate shows moderate sweetness and briskness. In our minds, best Bevan SB in the last few years. This will keep for a while longer, but best enjoyed now.

This is so good! Peaches and pineapple with lots of floral notes. So seamless and caressing on the palate.

Lots of tropical notes, pineapple in particular. Great roundness you don’t typically get from 100% SB.

This is a full-throttle unfiltered SB 😅 Very hazy and cloudy with plenty of particles of all shapes & sizes floating around. Loads of pineapple, lychee, peach, and honeysuckle on the nose and palate with a lovely acidity, all of which conjures up images of lawn parties & beach sunsets.

A Bevan BIG sauv blanc. Melange of tropical fruit, well integrated already. For its size and roundness, this still drinks well on a hot summer day.
