On this Saturday night I have opened the 2012 Bethel Heights Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir from Eola-Amity Hills Salem, Oregon.
On the nose there is cherry, black raspberry, plum, funk, vanilla, white pepper, light oak and dry earth.
On the palate there is tart cherry, raspberry, cranberry, clove, baking spice, minerality and damp earth.
This wine is medium bodied that has good complexity with medium acidity and medium fine tannins that moves seamlessly into a medium to long fresh fruit finish. Please have a wonderful safe and healthy Memorial Day weekend. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

May 24th, 2020Nice wine. Bright Ruby color. Silky, hints of cola & vanilla with air. It worked with Thanksgiving dinner with its bitter cherry & spice. Snap of acidity that gave it a tang. Became sweeter on finish by fined-grained tannins
