Deep gold. Inviting nose of lemon curd and honey. Full-bodied dry palate echoes the nose adding quince, white pepper notes, and white flowers. Medium plus acidity. This is not your father’s Pinot Gris. Barrel fermented and complex, this PG will support a wide range of fall and winter fare from pasta carbonara and casseroles to roasted poultry and roots. Drink now through 2029. Maybe longer.

Pale lemon with aromatic aromas of ripe stone fruits, smoky and honey spice notes. On the dry palate melon and peach flavors with honey and gentle spicy notes, crisp and fresh. Medium finish with pleasant ending enhancing the smoky character. Drinking well now, will age a bit more. Tasting Sample.

Bright and deep gold. Abundant nose of baked pear and balsam. Full bodied, dry palate yields baked pear, balsam, and freshly cracked white pepper, supported by a firm backbone of acidity and adding a bit of sharp mineral and anise on the lengthy finish. A heartier style of Alsace PG that's a great match for richer dishes (pork tenderloin, cream or mushroom sauces, game fowl). This will even go great with more traditional "red wine" dishes. Try it with a sirloin! Drink now through 2029.
