Blanc de Noirs sparkling Gamay Noir from Julienas (Beaujolais). Elegant enough to take home to meet your parents but fun in enough party with your friends. White cherry fruit wrapped in a white sparkling package. Something I've never seen before.

1st sparkling of Gamay noir. High acidity. Beautiful bubble. It doesn’t go well with the fruit I paired. Should pair with some cheese or cold meat.

As a Gamay-obsessed person, I was shook that I had never come across a sparkling version. It was delicious, herbaceous with crushed stone + bright fruit. Super fresh + fun. 🍾💋
