Bubbles not too tight, light red fruit (strawberry)

Acid power, light grip, savory dough and bright fruit. Solid!

Fresh red berries, elegant and delicate.

Lovely and light, with strawberries, apples, and toasted breadcrumbs. Disgorged March 2010 so had over 5 years bottle age. Acidity had mellowed and the whole thing was wonderfully integrated. Good stuff!

Lots of red fruit and wet, nice but I prefer dry

Lightly fruity, dry, and not too sweet. Citrus notes and very easy on the pallet.

Lots of little bubbles, bread yeast, light on palate
