Fun minerals, pleasant nose, acidity; chalkiness and talcy texture, brightness and zip. Minerals go a bit buggy right off the bat which is a deterrent for me.

Lots of lime and pineapple. Then melon. Pleasantly saline. Don't think I've had 100% Chenin sparkling -gotta do that more.

Palette pleasing. Standard slightly sweet pleasant. Dry finish. Not great but real good. A bit heavy on the alcohol brightness for a Brut
