Champagne produced by Bernard Bremont made with pinot noir and chardonnay. Pale salmon with aromas of ripe berry fruits with floral mineral tones and a fine mousse. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors with nutty nuts, mineral and biscuit characteristics, bone dry and structured well. Full body, balanced acidity on a medium+ length ending, crisp with fruit and yeasty mineral notes.
