Winery Block Pinot Noir

Nice balance. Needs a few more years in bottle to soften brightness. Well structured win.

All whole cluster if I remember correctly, teeth tingly, bright, fun, but with a touch of adultness. Yum.

Even better on the 2nd day of it lasts that long

Just love Bergstrom Pinot. I now heard the family story and love it more.

Demonstrative of the 10s with good fullness of palette

Light tannins. Delicate. Tart.

Medium astringency. Lovely covered fruit and not too juicy. Peppery.

Pruny/raisin & pepper on the nose, medium tannins, less earth than spice. Dark blackberry notes. Big. Delicious.

Nose is amazingly complex, I smell something different every time: faint violets, celery, cedar,plum, must. Really awesome. The flavor is not so complex, at leadt now - astringent tannins hit you first, then mild dry blackberry without complexity. Winery says it will develop over time so I will give it the benefit of the doubt. Long linger. Quite pleasant as it is.
