Dark inky purple in color offering aromas of blackberry, crushed violets, bacon fat, and black pepper. Full bodied with sweet dark fruit and licorice on the palate finishing with bit of heat and good length. Made from 100% Syrah aged 15 months aged in 60% new French oak. 14.6% ABV.

Dark inked color but good balance as black fruits berries cedar dominate on nose then firm grippy texture and long finish. Fung will surely say volcanic soil again
