Bärig doft med djup mineral, något rosa färg. Hög syra, stramt med lång smak. Mycket citrus och mineral. Mkt gott

Fine mousse, bready and yeasty with tart punch, lovely minerality and talc texture.

Beautiful, truly. Both fresh and bready on the nose. Assertive citrus and tart fruits begin, followed by gentle yeast notes and fine mousse. Delicious acidity.

Medium golden hue. Meunier tasting. Wild berries, dried strawberry pieces, bread notes, yeast. On the palate, dry, bright acidity, medium body, good flavour concentration whilst still fresh and lively, medium plus moose. Finish is shorter than I would have hoped. Enjoyable.

Cream Soda, White Raddish, and Asian Pear. Toasty, honeyed brioche presence. Tantalizing play of acidity and bubbles that kept me captivated.

2010 disgorgement. Base 2009. Really good bottle. Very lemony with a small bit of oxidative notes at the end.
