Gran Tradición Semi Seco Cava Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

Clear deep straw yellow color with fine bubbles. Light Sweet fruit nose. The palate shows lively acidity with peachy and orange flavors. The wine has some yeasty notes, off-dry finish. Ok but a little too sweet. 

Citrus fruit, off dry yet still pleasant, originally purchased for Death in the Afternoon cocktails but just fine on its own.
