Opens with yeasty notes. Not much fruit on the nose or palate. Clean and dry, but simple palate. Dry, medium finish. Refreshing.

Interesting. I'm not well versed in cava. This was distinctive (not sure if representative). Lemon balm and mushroom on the finish.

Clear straw yellow color with small bubbles. Light Citrus fruit nose. The palate shows lively acidity and tart Apple and orange flavors. The wine has earthy tones and minerality on the finish. Ok but better Cava's out there similarly priced.

Light but unique. Smooth finish. Easy drinking, pairs well with sweet and savory. Not for drinkers who prefer sweet wines unless mixed with juice or sweet liquor for brunch.

Nice nose, nice small bubbles that are long lasting. Crisp with subtle flavors of lime with some mineral. Very good value at $10!
