Truly one of the better wines we had at our tasting today. Some roses are so light and flavorless, you can hardly remember you’re drinking something. Some are so powerful and fruity, it’s like kool aid. This finds the right balance. Red apple skin, pomegranate, and wet apricot. Really juicy and alive.

I use Delectable to remind myself not to drink swill like this. One of the worst bottles of wine I’ve ever had. Undrinkable. Debatable whether I can use it in cooking.
