Stone fruits, honey crisp apple , vanilla frosting on the nose. Crisp, dry, citrusy, but still round and full with some tropical fruit like pineapple on the palate. . Long mineral finish. I like it better than the veuve clicot we had last night. Amazing with Brie cheese.
