Sequenzha Fiano di Avellino

Really nice, some effervescence maybe, we’ll balanced with some flinty and fruit

Session 3 of Wine Essentials One at the Institute of Culinary Education Center for Wine Studies.
A Fiano from Campania. This looks young and is meant to be consumed that way, but it has a fairly deep yellow color with slightly heavy juices. On the nose are banana, pineapple, tropical fruit and melon. It smells ripe and heavy and has more complex aromas. This has flavors of heavier, riper fruit, especially stone fruits and melon. A lovely white wine.
