My first tasting of the Freisa grape. From the Langhe, so medium bodied like Nebbiolo, but with a bit of a sparkle. Very interesting, and actually quite delicious. Perfect for a rainy afternoon on the porch.

Didn't expect frizzante, but it grew on me. Underneath the fizz one could compare it to a light Sangiovese (sans spice).
