2011 Tissot Savagnin with Taj Mahal’s Natch’l Blues. A little bottle age has this showing beautifully. Has that hazelnut oxi character, but the bright acid is shining on this as well. This record astounds me, Taj jumps across styles & keeps you on your toes. Not typical wine & not typical blues.

What interesting wine it is, nose of sherry, palate of a lot unripe peal, paring with local Amazon giant fish but I forgot the name.
