Refreshingly little oak influence allows for a crisper experience. But with enough body that you know it's a chardonnay. Honey/ honeydew is dominant, slight stone background.

I don't usually dig Cali Chardonnay because of all the oak and vanilla. This one was pretty nice and crisp. Aged in stainless which definitely showed in the glass. Nice.
