More provincial expression as I’ve had from Bierzo: inky in color, needed 2 hrs to blow off alc - finally showed some pretty red fruit. Surprised at how juicy the acidity was and how supple the tannins. Strong vein of minerality permeated the palate. Decent finish. Interesting - lacking polish
