Based on the Glera grape (formerly called Prosecco).
Asolo DOCG (Veneto).

Minerality, citrus, floral, perfume and tropical fruit. Creamy mousse. Great for the price point.

Not bad for a Prosecco. Decent length and acidity. Pleasant.

Dry, tart. Not Granny Smith Apple. My lack of details shouldn't deter from drinking more often. Break one of these out and now Mac and Cheese dinner night just got classy. Be nice with fruit and creamy cheese too. Damnit now I'm hungry.
