Dark and brilliant, eith pute candy nlackberry on nose; lots of drive. Some herbal notes. Same on palate, with tart edge to fruit. Shortish, but lipsmacking, and pop-driven,but satisfying.

2013 Bel Lago Tempesta Dry Red Wine. A great combination of tart cherry and sweet plum notes that pairs great with marinara sauces and is a great summer standalone wine.

Jul 15th, 2019Excellent wine. Needs to open up a bit, but this is a bold red blend with an extraordinary burst of flavor. My rating will undoubtedly improve in 6 months or do when Jen and I enjoy this wine at home.

Dried up and very saturated fruit, but something very clean and driven. Focused purple/almost black fruit. Very nice.
