84% Syrah and 16% Viognier Co-fermented. This was my favorite of the three for 2013. Highly flower, fat palate, strong tannins and very intriguing. Aged the best of the three as well.

I know these guys are pretty hands off in the winery, but this was a bit to big and bold for my palate. It did open up over the course of the afternoon, but still concentrated and very fruit driven, with little meatiness. Maybe it needs more time?
