Raspberries and blueberries on the nose, with a hint of fresh cedar and spices. Medium, maybe medium plus body, with concentrated flavor of black raspberry jam, great mouthfeel and a restrained but lingering finish. You'd never know its 14.6% abv. A fine indication of what zin can be if you pick at the right time and don't play games at the winery.

Blueberry, with a little Strawberry Shortcake (the scented toy, not the dessert) in the mix.

Not too oaky. Plump balanced spiced fruit that finished too abruptly.

Very enjoyable Sonoma Zin fruit profile. Balanced overall. Noticeable acid on day 1. Most enjoyable on day 3 IMO. Solid.

This starts out with a tight knit nose of red fruit, mint, and a hint of woodsmoke. Later, aromas intensified into darker red fruit. Flavors offer up dark reds, licorice, spice, silky tannin, and a spear of acidity. Paired awesome with tonite's pizza. One more bottle left but will need more for sure.
