A nice older Sauvignon Blanc. Still lots of fruit and acid. A nice match with Shrimp Scampi.

Drank like an older Bordeaux. Acidity has integrated and more of a creaminess has started to come through. It has aged/developed nicely in the bottle.

My absolute favorite go-to sauv blanc...well maybe besides Merry E. just the right amount of body. Some citrus, but with complexity (honey?). Some tartness to keep you on your feet!
