Opened and it seems a bit closed with not much going on. Decanted and tasted it about an hour or so later and seemed to open up. Really showed better with dinner. Not sure if I pull any details on nose or taste but good. A bit later after dinner tried it again and back to the first try, not showing anything. Confused about Bedrock in general but only have 8 bottles to go, Yikes!!
