Straw color. On the nose: longan, pear, lime, tropical fruits. On the palate: light-bodied wine with little oily structure, elegant silky texture, and medium+ acidity. Pairing for light salads, white river fish, chicken, young hard cheese. Unbelievable wine is also possible as it's own at hot summer days.
