Beautiful dry Riesling. Gorgeous petrol-infused crushed stone, honeyed apple. Rich wash of flavor hits the palate initially but it’s bone dry and so minerally. Nice acids.

Drinking this beautiful Riesling at Waters in Fort Worth, with crab cakes and salmon. The minerality is amazing the slight peach notes and beautiful light aromatics. Sharing with wife and out laws
