It has been open for a week, ruby red, still sharp, dried mouth a little

From the de Coninck family, who are well established on the Right bank. No doubt Bordeaux-esque; restrained and built for aging. fruit is bone dry, intense, focused black cherry fruit with a firm mineral driven back bone. Perhaps unevolved today, but with a promising future.

Better than my last bottle but nothing to write home about. PnP. Dark red color. Tame nose with dark cherries and subtle oak. Mix of spice and fruit on the palate. Grows tannic in the mouth. Medium minus finish.

Definitely enjoyed this, but not quite as good as the Santa Cruz Cab.

45+ minute decant, but probably could use hours. Extremely tannic. Dark red color. Seemed young. Big cherry flavor with little elements of terroir. Harsh finish that gives one a headache. Either age or avoid. This recommendation didn’t pan out unfortunately. Anyone want my other bottle :)

Good for a young cab. I bought a few bottles that I will leave for a year or 3.
