To start on Delectable my favorite wine so far. This is Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, & Merlot. 2011 Vintage was more herbal and gamey. Overall: Concord grape, cigar box, humid cedar, sage, plum, dry. To me the fruit balances the tannin tremendously. Personally preferred the 2011 over the 2013 but both great.

Tart cherry nose. Heavy dark fruit, licorice. Quite dry, but nice blend.
