All I can think of when I drink this wine is perfect fruit. This is a 2006 and it still had acid backbone and wonderful balance and fruit purity. No austere aftertaste just clean and elegant and utterly drinkable. The bead was Uber fine. A great Aussie sparkling that smashed the Billy we had on the same night.
